I have always believed that there is power in the pursuit of learning. As a completely self-taught photographer who started shooting weddings at the age of 19, I can attest to how frustrating it is to try to break into the industry and how protective so many are about their competitive secrets. When I first started out, I was never given the opportunity to learn through others, and had to simply learn through trial and error. Because of that, everything I now know about running a business was learned through the failures of bad lighting, awkward poses, loss of clients, and a number of rookie mistakes. Over the past few years, I've found the power of how a strong and authentic brand has brought me the right type of clients, and have been given the opportunity to take those mistakes and turn them into learning experiences. I am a huge believer in community over competition and have found a great passion in removing the stigma of keeping “photographer secrets” private. I love to help other photographers succeed by finding their own niche in areas that truly fit them, and love to see people growing their passion in their craft. I'm excited to hear more about your business and I'll offer my best advice to help you succeed.
Some topics that have been crucial to my success that I'd be more than happy to discuss with you include (but are not limited to:)

“Mentoring under Adrian is always a challenge. He will encourage you to fulfill your greatest potential in any situation even if it’s not media related. He will purposely challenge you to see how well you do under pressure, but he will constantly provide you with the tools and information you need to be successful. Learning from Adrian has really opened my eyes in the creative aspect of photos, but has also completely changed my work ethic and grown my knowledge of running a business.”
“I’ve known Adrian for quite a while now and was always fond of his vision and perspective as well as how he differentiate from other photographers I’ve seen. Coming in I was fairly new to editing and honestly was nervous and unsure on how I would be able to pick up on everything at task. However, Adrian was able to break down things and even slow down my process to understand the little things for the big picture. Im truly thankful that he’s willing to sacrifice time from his work to help and be engaged with those around him who are wanting to learn from any start point.”
